適合重量較大的物料包裝，穩定性強，適應高負荷工（gōng）作環境。

1.自動包裝機（jī），可實現自（zì）動（dòng）計量，自動上袋、自（zì）動充填、自（zì）動熱合縫包一體等一係列工作，不需要人工操作。節省人力資源，降（jiàng）低長期成本投入。也可與其它配套設備完成整條流水線作（zuò）業。

2.稱量機采用立式螺杆給料，由單螺杆構成（chéng）。螺（luó）杆由伺服電機直接驅動保證計量（liàng）的（de）速度和精度。工作時，螺杆根據控製信號旋轉供料；稱重傳感器和稱重控製器進行稱重信號的處理,並輸出重量數據顯示及控製信號。

3.本機組由備袋庫、取袋理袋（dài）裝置、上袋機（jī）械手（shǒu）、夾（jiá）袋下料（liào）裝置、抱袋推動裝置、袋口導向裝（zhuāng）置、真空係統及控製係統等組成；采用從備袋庫取袋，袋子對中定位，袋子往前送，袋口定位，預開袋，上袋機（jī）械手插刀插入袋口，同時兩側（cè）氣抓夾住袋口兩側，最後上袋。

3、This machine set consists of a bag storage library, bag picking and arranging device, bagging robotic arm, bag-clamping discharging device, bag-holding pushing device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system, and control system; it uses bag extraction from the bag storage library, bag centering and positioning, forward bag feeding, bag mouth positioning, pre-opening the bag, and the bagging robotic arm inserting a knife into the bag mouth, while both sides use air grippers to hold the sides of the bag mouth, and finally bagging.
